Free Trial Free trial is not applicable for locations with an existing Ring Protect Plus or Protect Pro subscription. Your free trial begins as soon as you activate your Ring product.

Video History, Saving, and Sharing Your Ring videos in the cloud are stored temporarily, up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting. Check Ring Protect Subscription Plans for more information.

Person and Package Alerts Package Alerts work best with medium-to-large shipping boxes. Envelopes, tubes, small boxes, and food deliveries may not be detected. Make sure you have Motion Detection enabled in the Ring App.

What is your return policy?

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Planorus within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone or email.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Microphones
  • Headsets with Microphones
  • Earphones/Earbuds
  • Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Any computers built or modified by Planorus to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
What happens if my item is on backorder?

If your order is on backorder, it means the item is temporarily out of stock, and we are awaiting new inventory from our supplier. Once the item becomes available, we will promptly ship it to you. You will receive an email notification with the estimated arrival date and any updates on your order status. Rest assured, we are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order provided it hasn't yet entered the shipping process by calling our customer support at 1-888-487-1414 or contact us by filling out our online Contact form. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. Note: TV's or any other item shipped by truck can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped and in route, the order cannot be canceled. If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee might also be deducted.
